Allens Estate Agents has provided professional and efficient Estate Agency services to the local community for over 35 years.

Mr. Noel Allen first opened his office on the corner of Main Street and South Parade in 1970, and later purchased the E. S. & A. Bank building at the present address of 17 Blackburn Road, Blackburn.

The Company has been known for its high quality of service, and the amount of return business that comes to the Company suggests that this is still recognised by our clients.

In 1994, Harry and Katherine Kyriakou became the new proprietors of Noel Allen First National.

In order to maintain it's leadership in the Whitehorse area, the company decided it could better serve their clients by becoming an independent company. In August, 1998 Noel Allen First National became Noel Allen Real Estate.

The staff of Allens Estate Agents have a unique standing in the area, not least of all for their many years of service and success with the Company.
